Hello,
I have a new single available I am calling "When I Die". I also recorded my song "Green Light Glow" to release as the b-side. I asked Til Willis to Produce these songs and I am really happy with the outcome.
I found the lyrics to "When I Die" in my notes on my phone and couldn't remember when I had written it. The music I chose to accompany the lyrics, as well as the way I sing are a direct result of being inspired by the great Leonard Cohen.
I played a lot of Red Dead Redemption 2 during the quarantine and those who know the game may recognize what I am singing about in "Green Light Glow". I am a big fan of cowboys and aliens, as well as unidentified flying objects and the song is dedicated to those who have sacrificed their lives believing the truth is out there.
I asked Til to design the cover art and gave him the prompt "existential cowboy" or "the loneliest cowboy in the world" and he did an excellent job with the artwork.
I hope you enjoy the single.
